I've been talking to Maya about the baby and how it's growing inside me and how she was once inside me too. Well this morning we were brushing our teeth together in the bathroom and the cat hopped up on the toilet to do his business and Maya starts asking me about Cosmo. Here's the conversation:
Maya: Kitty has a bum-bum?
Me: Yes
Maya: and a tail too?
Me:Yep
Maya: Did you make Kitty?
Me: You mean like I made you?
Maya: Yes
Me: No
Maya: Daddy make him?
Me: No
Maya: Where did we get Kitty?
Me: We bought him from the pet store
Maya: Oh
I thought we had everything straight, but at dinner tonight she said we got her at the pet store too. It was so funny, I can't stop laughing about it.
